Yes. The architecture is modular — you start with selected modules (e.g. DMS + Mail) and add more as you need them. There is no obligation to deploy everything at once.
The system is based on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) with granularity down to a single document (ACL). Roles, groups, access policies and a full audit trail.
Yes. REST API, webhooks, integration with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IMAP/SMTP, LDAP/AD and Keycloak. On the roadmap: KSeF, e-Delivery, ePUAP 2.0.
Sentrix is designed as on-premise first — your data stays on your own server. We also offer a private cloud version.
KSeF 2.0 integration is in phase 1 of the roadmap. e-Delivery and ePUAP 2.0 are planned for phase 2.
